• Candidate information (provided by users and publicly available sources)
• Historical election results (public domain data)
• User-generated content (discussions, issues, predictions)
• Third-party advertisements displayed on the Platform

2. No Warranty or Guarantee

2.1 Data Accuracy

THE PLATFORM AND ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED ARE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Verification of candidate information
• Correctness of historical election results
• Validity of user predictions or discussions
• Absence of errors, viruses, or harmful components

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Any vote predictions, win projections, or electoral forecasts on this Platform are:

• Based solely on user-generated voting data
• NOT scientific polls or professional surveys
• NOT indicative of actual election outcomes
• For informational and entertainment purposes only
• NOT to be relied upon for any decision-making

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1 No Responsibility for Data

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• User-generated content posted by third parties
• Defamatory, offensive, or illegal content posted by users
• Loss of data or technical failures
• Any reliance you place on Platform information
• Actions taken based on Platform data

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations

• Screen content using automated systems

However: We are NOT obligated to monitor all content and are not responsible for user posts.

5.3 Content Disclaimer

User posts reflect the views of individual contributors, NOT My Opinion Matters(MOM). We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for:

• Opinions expressed in discussions
• Issues reported by users
• Candidate statements (unless officially verified)
• Comments about political parties or figures

6. Political Candidate Accounts

6.1 Verification Process

Candidates may register and verify their identity. However:

• Verification does NOT imply endorsement
• We are not responsible for candidate statement accuracy
• Candidates are solely liable for their posted content

6.2 Compliance Requirement

Candidate accounts must comply with all applicable election laws, including:

• Model Code of Conduct (during election periods)
• Representation of the People Act, 1951
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Advertising and disclosure regulations

7. Third-Party Content and Advertisements

7.1 Advertisements

We display third-party advertisements. We are NOT responsible for:

• Content of advertisements
• Products or services advertised
• Transactions with advertisers
• Accuracy of advertiser claims

7.2 External Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are NOT responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Opinion Matters(MOM), its operators, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
